Your employer will send you an email invitation to sign up to use the employee portal. You will create your own username and password and multi-factor authentication methods (MFA) to access the portal. If you have not received an invitation, please contact your employer.

I Forgot My Username to My Employee Portal
Go to employee portal login page: https://www.mypatriot.com/ or www.payrolltime.com
Click āForget Username?ā
Enter the email address on your record.
Your username reminder will be emailed to you.
If you donāt remember your email address or need to change it, please contact your employer. Your employer can change your email address to recover your username, if needed.

Click āForget Password?ā
Enter your username and email address on your record.
Steps to reset your password will be emailed to you.
Due to security reasons, your employer will not be able to look up or reset your password for you.
Your employer can add or fix your email address, if youāre having issues receiving the reset email.
If you donāt receive an email, please check with your employer to see what email address is used for your portal.
How Do I Change My Employee Portal Password?
Go to employee portal login page: https://www.mypatriot.com/ or www.payrolltime.com
Click āManage Login Infoā on the Home page.
Click the āChange Passwordā tab.
We will email you a verification , aka āmagic linkā, to the address on file to verify it is you, if you have not already been verified. The magic email link will only work if youāre checking the email from the same device you requested the change in the portal from.
Click the link in the email. You will be redirected to the page to change your password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Click Save.
How Do I Change My Employee Portal Username?
Go to employee portal login page: https://www.mypatriot.com/ or www.payrolltime.com
Click āManage Login Infoā on the Home page.
Click the āChange Usernameā tab.

Click the link in the email. You will be redirected to page to change your username.
Click Save.
You will be automatically logged out and you must log in with your new username.
If a username has already been used, you will see a message to choose another username.
How Do I Change My Employee Portal MFA Methods?
Go to employee portal login page: https://www.mypatriot.com/ or www.payrolltime.com
Click āManage Login Infoā on the Home page.
Click the āManage MFAā link on the side navigation.
We will email you a verification , aka āmagic linkā, to the address on file to verify it is you, if you have not already been verified. The magic email link will only work if youāre checking the email from the same device you requested the change in the portal from.
Click the link in the email. You will be redirected to the page to change your MFA methods.
You will need to have at least two MFA methods on your account.
Click +Add MFA Factor
Select the type of MFA you want to add.
Click āSend Codeā.
We will send an authentication code to the source you inputted. It will expire in 15 minutes.
Click the āResend codeā link if needed.
Add the authentication code.
Click Confirm.
After you have more than 2 MFA methods, you will be able to remove a method by clicking the āRemoveā link.

I Already Have an Existing My Patriot Login Through a Different Employer
If you already have a My Patriot portal account through another employer, you can still register for portal access with your new company. You can use the same email address, but will need to choose a unique username.
Both portal accounts will remain active, and you will use a separate login to access each.
