Use the Health Benefits page in Patriot Payroll to shop for group health, dental, and vision insurance plans for your company.

Before you begin
You must have the Manage Company Info permission to shop for or manage health benefit plans.
If you do not see the Health Benefits page or cannot manage plans, ask your Patriot account administrator to update your user permissions.
How to find health, dental, and vision insurance plans
Go to Payroll > Employees > Health Benefits.
Click Find My Plan.
Review the employee information imported into the Health Benefits page.
Patriot automatically imports your employees and their ages.
The page shows the first three employees by default.
Click Add/Edit employees to view or update the full employee list.
Shop and compare the available plans.
Choose the medical plan or plans that fit your company’s needs and budget
What happens after you choose a medical plan?
After you choose a medical plan, you can continue setting up coverage from the Health Benefits page in Patriot Payroll.
You can:
Add dental and vision coverage, if you want to offer it
Choose when coverage should begin
Decide how much your business will contribute toward monthly premiums
Decide what portion of the monthly premiums employees will pay
Invite employees to review their options
Allow employees to enroll in a plan or decline coverage
How long does the application take?
The application takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.
