How Do I Cancel a Direct Deposit Application

If you have started to apply for direct deposit, but want to cancel the application you can follow these steps.

Available to Basic Payroll, Full Service Payroll

If you want to cancel your direct deposit application:

  1. Settings > Payment Settings > Direct Deposit Settings.

  2. Click on the Review Your Application step.

  3. Click on the Cancel Application on the Review Your Application page.

Customers who are still in the payroll setup wizard will also see a banner in the payroll setup wizard to Cancel Application (in addition to a Cancel Application link on the Review Your Application.
