Accessing Pay Stubs in the Worker Portal
Workers can view their pay stubs the portal after payroll has been approved. This applies regardless of whether checks are printed or direct deposit is used.
Pay stubs become available once the payroll process is complete.

Log in to the worker portal at www.mypatriot.com, or www.payrolltime.com
Navigate to the Paychecks link on the left navigation
Select and download the desired pay stub.

All payroll and tax documents are securely stored in the portal, and employees must log in to retrieve them. No, employees can view their pay stubs as soon as payroll is approved and processed.

Yes, employees can view and download their W-2s directly from the portal. However if they do not consent to an electronic W-2, you will also be required to give them a paper copy of their W-2 Form.
*As a reminder: You need to create W-2 forms in the software for your employees when your payrolls are completed for the year. Also, Patriot does not mail W-2 forms.
Can 1099 Contractors access their 1099 form in the portal?
Yes, 1099 contractors can access their 1099 form in the portal. However, if they do not consent to an electronic 1099 form, you must also provide a paper 1099 form. Patirot does not mail 1099 forms to contractors.
