How to View My Payments in the Contractor Portal

Learn how to find your payments made by your client.

If you are a contractor and have any questions about your payments, 1099s, or using the contractor portal, please contact your client. Patriot Support staff cannot answer your questions via chat, email, or phone. We can only speak with authorized company contacts.

💡 The individual or organization that hires a 1099 independent contractor is known as the “Client.”

How to Find Your Payments in the Contractor Worker Portal

  1. Click the Payments link on the main page

  2. To see more payments, adjust the dates and click Run Report.

FAQs about Viewing Payments in the Worker Portal

Q. How soon can I view my payment?
A. Your payment details will be available for viewing as soon as your client finishes running the payment.

Q. Am I able to view more than one payment at a time?
A. Yes. From the main page, click the “Payments” link. The date range will automatically display the most recent check date. To change the date range, enter the start and end payment dates, and click “Run Report.” The page will display all checks within that date range. The totals for all checks listed will be at the bottom of the page.

Q. How far back can I view my payments in the contractor worker portal?
A. You can view all of your payments from two years back or when your client started using Patriot Software for payments, or your first payment with your client, whichever is later.

Q. How do I view my Year-To-Date earnings and deductions in the contractor worker portal?
A. From the main page, click the “Paychecks” link. Enter your first pay date of the year (or January 1 of the year) in the starting date and the most current pay date for the end date. Then click “Run Report.” Your totals will appear at the top of the page.

Q. How do I print my pay stub in the worker portal?
A. For each payment detail that is displayed, click the “View/Print Stub” link in the bottom center of the check detail. A new “printer-friendly” window will appear with the check detail. You can print your stub from this new page. Close this new web page when you are finished printing. You can print one check stub at a time.
