Manager Permissions: Viewing Team Info in the Employee Portal

This article explains how managers can use Patriot's Employee Portal to view their team's pay info, contact details, anniversaries, and emergency contacts, based on permissions set by the account administrator.

Required role: Manager with permissions granted by your payroll account administrator

Employees can see a My Team section with employee info links in the left menu of their employee portal when:

  1. Their employer uses HR Software

  2. They are assigned as a Manager

  3. They have permission to view direct report information

Managers in Patriot's Employee Portal (MyPatriot) can view information about the employees who report to them, including pay details, contact info, anniversaries, and emergency contacts. The specific sections you can access depend on which permissions your payroll account administrator has enabled for your role.

To use manager features, you must be registered for the Employee Portal.

Once registered, managers with permissions will see a My Team section in the left menu of the Employee Portal. The links that appear in My Team depend on the permissions your account administrator has set.

Note: Handle all personal identifiable information (PII) with caution and follow your company's HR policies. See the US Department of Labor for additional guidance.
