If you are an employee or contractor trying to gain access to the worker portal, please click the links on www.mypatriot.com "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" to recover your login information.
Username Reminders and Password Rules
Username: Your username IS NOT case-sensitive, so you don’t have to worry about typing uppercase vs. lowercase. (For example, username “SAMPLE,” will work just as well if you type “sample” or “sAMple.”)
Password: IS case-sensitive, so each letter must exactly match your designated password. If your password is not working, check your caps lock and be sure it is off.
Password Requirements: Your password must:
be 10 characters or more
contain at least one lowercase letter
contain at least one uppercase letter
contain at least one number
contain at least one special character (e.g., “&” or “#”)
I Forgot My Username
On the LOGIN page, you will click “Forgot Username?” if you are unable to remember your username. That will take you to the “Forgot Username?” screen, where you will enter the email address you have with Patriot to log in.
I Forgot My Password
This is a little different than forgetting your username because you will be asked to create a new password if you cannot remember the old one. Start with the LOGIN page.
On the LOGIN page, you will click “Forgot Password?”
You will type both your email address and username, matching the ones we have in our records. Watch for an email message from Patriot.
There will be a link in the email message.
Follow the link to enter a new password.
If you do not respond within one hour, you will have to start all over again with the “Forgot Password?” page.
MFA Requirements for users
To enhance security, Patriot requires all users set up two forms of Multifactor Authentication. Check out our help article, “Setting Up and Managing Multi-Factor Authentication,” for more information.
It’s a good idea to change your password regularly, so you will just go to Settings > User Settings > Manage Login Information to reset your password. You can also change your username, if needed, on the Change Username link.
